Diamonds on the Green

Sharron D. Christian
Sharron D. Christian is a visionary leader, community advocate, and the Founder and CEO of Diamonds on the Green, LLC—a women’s golf organization based in McKinney, Texas, within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Established in 2018, Diamonds on the Green creates welcoming opportunities for women to learn, play, and develop confidence through golf, mentorship, friendship, fashion, and fun.
Driven by her commitment to expanding access to the game, Sharron also launched Gentz on the Green, a men’s golf organization, and Emeralds on the Green, a youth golf program that introduces young people to golf while teaching discipline, confidence, leadership, and other essential life skills. She is also the Founder of Foundations on the Green, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities and lasting community impact through golf, education, mentorship, and service.
Long before entering the golf industry, Sharron founded Women of Integrity, a nonprofit organization established more than 15 years ago. What began as a social book club evolved into a supportive community of women committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence. Through storytelling, sisterhood, advocacy, and service, Women of Integrity encouraged women to overcome adversity and share their journeys of resilience and triumph.
A dedicated community leader and volunteer, Sharron serves on the Board of Directors for Heroes, Cops and Kids, where she portrays Storm from X-Men while mentoring youth and visiting terminally ill children. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Granny’s Place, a transitional home supporting young adults aging out of the foster-care system. In addition, she previously worked as an entertainment writer for one of the Dallas–Fort Worth area’s leading minority newspapers.
Sharron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, an Associate of Arts in Business, and a professional certification in project management. She is also the proud mother of two children. A Texas native, Sharron developed a broad appreciation for people, cultures, and service while traveling the world at a young age with her father, a retired pastor and drill sergeant, and her mother, a retired educator.
At the heart of Sharron’s work is a commitment to service, empowerment, and opening doors for others. Through her leadership, she continues to create opportunities that extend far beyond the golf course—proving that it is more than golf…it’s a movement.
