Our members make Diamonds On The Green very special — we have a sisterhood and a bond of friendship that expand beyond 20 years! We know the importance of standing as OneDiamond, supporting and promoting one another!

Diamonds on the Green has entered a market that has mainly been male dominated for years. The organization has transitioned from one small social golfing group located in Dallas, TX to having multiple chapters on the east, south, and west coasts. This is the 1st golfing organization of its kind dedicated to women of minority color and ethnicity. However, we do welcome ALL women who has the interest and passion to learn the game regardless of your ethnicity.

Again, this is "ONLY" a platform to learn the basic fundamentals of the game, fellowship, socialize, and have fun with other women of like mind and spirit.

We all individually devote additional time outside of our once-a-month gathering to take private lessons and attend clinics to fully understand and learn the game. We meet once/twice a month to attend clinics as a group and play as a team(s).

We currently have chapters in the following cities/states: Corporate Chapter Dallas - TX, Austin - TX, Houston - TX, East - TX, AL, CA, FL, GA, MD, NC & VA! We will continue to expand to a city and state near you!!!

Diamonds on the Green has plans to strengthen its presence in every community where there is a chapter by promoting the opportunities available for minority youth in the sport.

Diamonds on the Green has started a mentoring and golf program, DC on the Green to introduce youth as early as they can hold and swing a golf club/iron. The target is to reach them in their early years.

Sharron D. Christian is the founder of Diamonds on the Green, a Women’s Golf Social Club/Organization in the Dallas Metroplex Area. 

Sharron’s passion for golf put her on a mission to network and reach out to the community for assistance to provide scholarships and financial assistance to the youths with the same passion and drive for the game. 

Through this effort and determination a Youth Golf and Mentoring Program, "DC on the Green" was created to teach the youth life skills to ensure they are productive in today's society.
