TONI PASTER- DUPREE

PRESIDENT

Toni Paster-DuPree is the Vice President of the Diamonds on the Green, MD Chapter and is a Prince George's County, MD Commissioner for the Commission for Individuals with Disabilities, where she advocates for people with differing abilities ensuring they are afforded the opportunity and right to live happy and healthy lives within their community. Prior to retiring from the Federal Government, she served in the Obama Administration’s Chief Information Office (CIO) as a Quality Assurance Branch Chief and was also a Director of Procurement and Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant for multiple Federal and Department of Defense agencies, responsible for managing the procurement of a wide cadre of products and services from information technology to weapon systems. Toni began her professional career as a Public Service Director and Promotions Manager for ABC and FOX News in Georgia.

 

Toni was introduced to golf from a women’s perspective in the workplace by watching a female Senior Executive play golf with the “boys” as an outing for work meetings. As a retiree, she has devoted her past time to learning the game, how to swing and walking the green.

 

Toni performs community service supporting literacy programs for school age children, scholarship programs for High School students, special needs programs and social action awareness in her community, as well as the Stuttering Foundation of America.

 

Toni is originally from Warner Robins, Georgia and currently resides in Prince George’s County, Maryland. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
