Christy McCauley


Christy McCauley resides in Greensboro NC where she is a PE/Health/Life Skills Teacher for students grades 3 to 12 with learning differences. Christy earned her B.S. Degree from The University of the District of Columbia (HBCU) while on a full tennis scholarship. Following graduation, Christy completed a Masters in Educational Technology at the University of Maryland, University College and a Masters of Athletic Administration at Ohio University (Athens). Before relocating back to NC, Christy was an Athletic Director for several schools in the Washington DC area where she also coached high school tennis and lacrosse, AAU basketball, and a very high level of boys Club/Travel soccer.  She owned and operated her own sports camps for over 15 years in the DC area. When not teaching or coaching sports at her school, Christy is serving her community by organizing annual school supply drives, diaper drives for local foster care organizations, and cleaning/personal supplies drives for the local YWCA Women's shelter. She also provides golf, tennis, and soccer lessons to her little cousins.  In her spare time, Christy is an avid golfer and tennis player. She plays golf on the Amateur Players Tour and tennis with the USTA Tennis Leagues.
