FOUNDER / CEO
Sharron Christian is the founder of Diamonds on the Greens, an African American Women’s Golf Club in the Dallas Metroplex Area(McKinney, TX). Sharron’s passion for golf put her on a mission to help the minority youth obtain unclaimed monies for scholarships through networking and reaching out to the community for assistance. Through this effort and determination, a Youth Golf Program/ DC on the Green has been implemented and is sponsored by Diamonds on the Green & DCSportsDFW which also teaches the youth life skills.
Sharron founded a non-profit organization 15 years ago called, Women of Integrity, whereas the focus was to empower battered women. WOI was created with a passion to capture the attention of positive women that could make a difference in the community by telling their stories of triumph and how they overcame adversities, life challenges, life disappointments and broken hearts.
To date, Sharron is a member and serves on the Board of Directors for Heroes, Cops and Kids organization, whereas she plays the role of STORM from X-Men that mentors the youth and visits terminally ill children.
Most recently, Sharron was an Entertainment Writer for one of DFW’s well known minority newspapers and served on the Board of Directors for Granny’s Place (transition home for aged out foster children). Outside of community engagements, Sharron is the mother of two who keeps her busy and abreast of new and innovative ideas. Sharron is a Texas native who was afforded the opportunity to travel the world at an early age with her father who is now a retired Pastor and Drill Sergeant and her mother, a retired school teacher.

Cheritta McCray is a Mom first and foremost. She’s spent the last 30 years of her life moving from the Midwest to the South, while changing careers and advocating for Special Needs children. Born and raised in Louisville, KY she graduated high school at the age of 16 and briefly interned for Senator Mitch McConnell before attending Kentucky State University a (HSBCU) where she graduated with a undergraduate degree in Math & Computer Science. She obtained her government security clearance and worked as a US Cartographer for several years. Then went on to obtain a Dual Masters degree in Marketing and Management while working full-time for a Commercial Barging company in nearby Indiana. She lived briefly in Atlanta Ga and worked for IBM Corp in IT and then Tampa Fl. for several IT distributors including TechData Corp and Intel Corp. She later relocated to Dallas TX, remarried and worked as a Marketing Manager for a Tele-Communications Company. Then later went into the real estate. While working in the real estate industry, she’s also managed to raise 2 great, independent children, substitute and volunteered at the local schools and become a member of a non-profit women’s organization focused on raising awareness in the African American community geared toward children and the sport of golf and the amazing scholarship potential that exist throughout the US.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Jamia Chislom is a Christian, Mother and Mental Health advocate. Widow to a young Minister that was battling Schizophrenia, she now has turned her tragedy into a powerful testimony by doing public speaking to share her journey of victory, perseverance and peace through Christ. She owns her own company assisting small businesses achieve their financial goals.
After relocating from North Carolina, where she completed her Bachelors Degree at North Carolina Central University (HBCU) to Texas two years ago, she became a member of Diamonds on the Green to enjoy every minute of the social and community service impact while also reveling in the mentor opportunity helping to introduce golf to young men and women around the Dallas area.
