My name is Camille Brown I am 54 years of age and originally from Southern California. I moved to East Texas in 1993 as a single mother of my two-year-old daughter Cheyenne (33). I met and married my late husband Tyrone Sr. in 1996 and we had our son Tyrone Jr. (27) that same year. We also have three beautiful grandchildren Kali’Camille(11), Karter(6), and Kru (10 months). My husband and I were married for 27 until his untimely passing on January 16, 2024.

I’m a proud historical HBCU Texas College graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. I’m a proud member of Theta Zeta Epsilon Sorority Inc., a member of the Tyler, Texas Chapter of the NAACP along with being a Life Member of the Tyler Texas Area Chamber of Commerce.

In October 2022, our president East Texas Joi Hart asked me if I would like to join the East Texas Diamonds on the Green golf team. I told Joi I knew nothing about golf but I’m willing to learn as long as I can have fun doing it. I have been having fun and learning the game of golf ever since.
