EAST TEXAS
Diamonds on the Green, LLC is a women's golf organization that is not affiliated with other golf organizations. The organization was founded in 2018 by Sharron Christian, and it is dedicated to providing women with the opportunity to play golf and connect with other women who share their passion for the sport. Diamonds on the Green has chapters in Texas, California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania & New Jersey, Virginia, and Wisconsin. The organization is not affiliated with other golf organizations, including the LPGA, the PGA, or the USGA. This means that Diamonds on the Green, LLC is not subject to the rules or regulations of any other organization. This allows the organization to be more flexible and responsive to the needs of its members. Diamonds on the Green, LLC is a growing organization, and it is committed to providing its members with the opportunity to play golf, learn new skills, and make lifelong friends.

Our members make Diamonds On The Green very special — we have a sisterhood and a bond of friendship that expand beyond 20 years! We know the importance of standing as One Diamond, supporting and promoting one another!
Diamonds on the Green has entered a market that has mainly been male-dominated for years. The organization has transitioned from one small social golfing group located in Dallas, TX to having multiple chapters on the east, south, and west coasts. This is the 1st golfing organization of its kind dedicated to women of color and ethnicity. However, regardless of your ethnicity, we welcome ALL women who have an interest in golf to learn the game.
We meet at least once a month to attend golf clinics as a group and play as a team(s). Individually club members devote additional time outside of our meetings to take private lessons and attend clinics to fully understand the game.
Diamonds on the Green have active chapters in the following States: TX, AL- Madison, CA, FL, GA, MD, PA+NJ, VA, and WI! We will continue to expand to a city and state near you!!! And strengthen our presence in the communities of our chapters by promoting the opportunities available for
minority youth in this sport.
Diamonds on the Green started a mentoring and golf program; Emeralds on the Green, formerly known as DC on the Green. The goal is to introduce youth to golfing as early as they can hold and swing a golf club/iron.
